Change or Cancel an Order
It may be possible to make changes or add to your order if you call us before 12:00 the day after you place your order. (If ordered at a weekend, then please call Monday)
If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us for advice on 0800 644 6044 between 9am and 4pm. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure (below) in the event of any unwanted products.
There are some products which we cannot refund or exchange, including Bread products.
Cancelling your order
Please call us on 0800 644 6044 before 12pm the day after placing your order or we may not be able to stop the order being sent. (If ordered at the weekend, please call Monday)
Track your order
To check your order status, just sign in or register at the top of the page, then click on My Account followed by View orders.
- Order received means your order hasn't been processed yet
- Order processing means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and despatching your goods
- Despatched means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming despatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.
- Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online by signing into your account.. If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email our us, or call us on 0800 644 6044 between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday.
If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, please call us on 0800 644 6044. You may be asked for photographic evidence so we can take the matter up with the courier. Without this, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Sometimes manufacturers change packaging, we do not offer refunds if the packaging has changed and the contents are still identical. If you are ordering an item because of the packaging, please check with us first that it hasn't changed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, any item may be returned to us, carriage paid by yourself, WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt of goods.
Returning an item for exchange or refund
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 0800 644 6044, for a RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER before returning the goods.
- The RETURNS NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PARCEL and on any correspondence enclosed.
- Please take all reasonable care of the item you wish to return back to us by a suitable method and at your expense. Royal Mail offer a Certificate of Posting for low cost/lightweight items, as well as track-able services, including Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery services, for higher value items. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost as a result of being returned to us.
- Any returned item should be suitably packaged and addressed to 'Returns Dept, Carblife Ltd, Unit 1 Poplars Farm, High Street, Wymington, Northants, NN10 9LS'.
Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange
We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless damaged or not as described, on the following items:
All fresh bread products, including Bagels, Tortilla Wraps, Pita Breads, Muffins and Brownies. Sale and discounted items
Occassionally manufacturers change packaging. We do not offer refunds if the packaging differs from our website and the contents are still identical. If you are ordering an item because of the packaging, please check with us first that it hasn't changed.

Items for Exchange:
will normally be dealt with and a replacement sent within 2-3 working days. If you wish to speed up the exchange process please do not hesitate to re-order online.
Refunds: will only be made to the original payment method used for the purchase and will normally take 7-14 working days to process.
Please note: we are unable to refund postage and packing on incorrectly ordered items.
WE ABSOLUTELY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND IF THE RETURNED ITEM IS NOT RECEIVED IN AN AS NEW/ SALEABLE, CONDITION.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, CLEAN AND CAREFULLY PACKED WITH ALL LABELS ATTACHED, AND IN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING, AS SUPPLIED.
